G.R. Informatica - the parent company – was estabilished in 1981 to develop an ERP capable of meeting the needs of companies.

Following market changes, the company extended its offering through a policy of aggregation with other companies.

In 1986, thanks to integration with a company specialized in the hardware supply and assistance field, Gruppo G.R. Informatica was set up.

In 2001, always with the intention of supplying across the board solutions and services, the Group expanded with the creation of two new companies and then consolidated with the acquisition in 2002 of Zecca S.p.A. and in 2006 of Easynet S.r.l.

At the end of 2008, in order to manage the products and services evolution, all the technical activities of G.R. Informatica S.r.l. passed to Zecca S.p.A., that became AGOMIR S.p.A., the INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY COMPANY of Gruppo G.R.
